Withdrawing in five steps
- Verify your account with photo ID, a selfie and a recent bank or utility statement.
- Wager your deposit at least three times.
- Make sure no bonus is running any more; a withdrawal ends an active bonus.
- Open the cashier, choose a method and enter at least €40.
- Wait for the review (2 business days at most) and then for the processing time of the method.
Verification
Every withdrawal needs a fully verified account: a valid photo ID, a selfie with that ID and a recent bank or utility statement. The name must match the name on your payment method.
Good to know
- You only deposit from a payment method that is in your own name.
- With a card, 10 transactions per day and 40 per month are allowed, up to €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
- Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro work; fiat and crypto have separate balances that cannot be merged.
- If a withdrawal exceeds the per-transaction limit, you receive the amount in parts. A higher VIP level can widen your limit.
- After 6 months without activity LuckyBoom charges €10 per month as long as there is balance on the account.
