Terms in brief

1. Who may play

You are at least 18, or older where the law of your country requires it. You must check yourself whether online gambling is allowed where you live.

2. Operator and licence

MAIREKE LIMITADA, based in Costa Rica, runs LuckyBoom Casino under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These terms are governed by the law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros).

3. Your account

You may hold one account. Fill in your details correctly and make sure your name matches that of your payment method. Keep your login details safe.

• Several accounts on the same name, device or payment method may be closed without notice.
• Official requests, such as self-exclusion and closing your account, come from your registered email address.

4. Depositing

You deposit with a payment method in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20, and €40 for the fifth deposit bonus.

• Cards: 10 transactions per day and 40 per month, with a cap of €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances are kept apart and not merged.

5. Withdrawing and verifying

Every withdrawal needs a fully verified account: a valid government photo ID, a selfie with that ID and a bank or utility statement from the last three months. The names must be identical. Under our AML rules your deposit must have been wagered at least three times before you can withdraw.

• The minimum withdrawal is €40; a request is reviewed within 2 business days.
• Outside jackpots a cap of €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month applies; jackpot wins have no cap.
• If an amount does not fit the per-transaction limit of a method, it may be paid in parts.
• You can withdraw a pending request while it has not been processed; the amount then returns to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Always switch a bonus on in your profile before you make the matching deposit; afterwards it is not possible. Only one bonus is active at a time.

• The welcome package has a wagering requirement of ×40, the first live bonus ×15.
• While wagering, €5 per spin or round is the maximum, and €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Slots count 100%, live casino 10% and table games and video poker 0%.
• Total bonus winnings are capped at €10,000; after wagering you can withdraw at most 10× the original bonus.
• A withdrawal during an active bonus ends the bonus and its balance.

7. Dormant accounts

After six months without activity €10 per month is deducted as long as there is balance on the account.

9. Changes
